WARRANTY:
All the equipment in
focus are to enjoy 12 months post equipment installation manufacturer warranty.
During warranty period, the following maintenance activities are to be
undertaken by HEROES TECH KONCEPT:-
1.
To
maintain and keep in good working condition the said equipment to the best of
our ability and skills.
2.
To
promptly and efficiently carry out quarterly preventive maintenance operations
and checks as required on the new equipment installed. The check will include
cleansing, lubricating, running diagnostic tests and making necessary
calibration to ensure the effective functioning of the equipment.
3. To
perform emergency repair/maintenance services after normal business hours or Saturday
and Sunday.
4.
Response
time to reported fault is 4 hours and 24 hours for fault resolution.
5.
A
stopgap inverter will be deployed if the fault cannot be rectified within 48hours.
6.
Our
Inverter and charger come with LCD display for first level information and are
equipped with advance battery management features.
Moreover, the users
must also ensure that the following:
1.To
protect the equipment against interference and damage by unauthorized person.
2. To
allow HTK INC authorized representative(s) access to the equipment and
to provide adequate or necessary information to allow them perform their duties
promptly and effectively.
3.
To
notify the HTK INC, in case of any change in the performance and / or
relocation of the equipment this is still under warranty.
